About
A digital product that works
isn't luck. It's the result
of the right decisions.
Nearly two decades helping businesses grow through product strategy, UX, and technology — no generic playbooks, no fluff.
Raphael Pereira
I'm Raphael Pereira. I studied Advertising and Branding, but my practice crosses business strategy, UX, development, data, and automation — not by accident, but because real digital products don't fit inside a single box.
I work with digital businesses that are already in the game but want a better return on what they're investing. I don't start from scratch, and I don't do generic consulting. I analyze what exists, identify where the experience breaks down, and build the path to convert more.
My design background shapes everything I do. When I look at a conversion problem, I see the visual hierarchy, the user's perception, the interface's clarity — not just the marketing funnel.
What I actually do
Product strategy
Experience diagnosis, roadmaps, and prioritization grounded in real business impact.
UX & Interface
From behavior analysis to interface decisions — with a focus on clarity and conversion.
Technology
Technical evaluation, stack selection, integrations, and result-oriented development.
Performance & Data
Analytics, funnels, testing, and metrics that matter — not vanity metrics.
Automation
Workflows, integrations, and processes that scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
Digital marketing
Technical SEO, strategic content, and distribution built for qualified demand — not volume.
How I think
Conversion problems are rarely traffic problems — they're experience problems. More features don't fix bad UX. SEO without a page that converts is wasted investment. Automation built on a broken process scales the problem, not the solution.
These aren't cheap takes. They're practical conclusions from nearly twenty years of watching digital businesses lose money they didn't need to lose.
What sets me apart isn't the toolset — it's the ability to connect interface, technology, data, and strategy into a coherent product vision. And to say clearly what's wrong before proposing what needs to change.
Why this blog exists
This blog is a strategic asset — not a generic content channel. Every article starts from a real problem digital businesses face that rarely has a direct answer anywhere else.
In the short term, it's a way to connect with companies and managers who need someone who thinks about product holistically. In the long term, it's a contribution to raising the standard of digital practice — less hype, more substance, more real impact.
There are no "5 tips to increase your sales" here. There's technical analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience. If you made it this far, you probably already know the difference.
Outside of work
Son of two teachers. Outside of work I enjoy skating, online games, time with my partner Tabata, my cats Sirius and Kurt, and the company of friends and family.
